Accounts Administration
WWR UK Ltd submit, at maximum monthly intervals, formal Applications for Works completed and Materials delivered to site.

The following methods of payment have been agreed with HM Customs and Excise and are accepted:

	Self Billing
	Authenticated Receipt Method

Information Technology

Integrated Accounts
WW Roofing and Cladding Contractors Ltd has a dedicated Unix server using Multisoft Premier Plus as the software package for the fully integrated Accounts and Contract Costing system.

Fully Integrated Office System
WW Roofing and Cladding Contractors Ltd use a NT Server operating the SBS2000 system.

The software package used on this system for Sales, Project Management and General Administration is Microsoft Office 2000 Premium and Professional.

AutoCAD LT 2000 is used for all CAD drawing work.

Geographical Information
WW Roofing and Cladding Contractors Ltd has undertaken projects as far a field as Lowestoft to the east, Wales to the west and Jersey and Guernsey to the south but have mostly focused on Southern England and the Midlands.

However we will consider any project nationwide dependent on the size and nature of the works.
